Test Fit Plans

BOMA Area Calculations

Fusion’s expertise with BOMA area calculations provides a welcome advantage to brokers or landlords negotiating deals and structuring leases with their tenants. An important part of the leasing agreement is to accurately document the size and square footage of the building space – with clear documentation that is authenticated and validated. When performing these calculations, Fusion also adheres to the BOMA Best Practices which provides additional guidance to what is included in the BOMA Office Standard.
